Fixed on the spot
The person doing the testing is a licensed electrician, not just a tester. A failed safety switch gets repaired or replaced then and there, logged, and noted in your report, not written up for a second visit.

Common questions
How often do safety switches need to be tested?
It depends on the type of site. AS/NZS 3760 sets different testing intervals for different environments. Tell us what the property is and we confirm the schedule that applies and keep you on it.
What do I get at the end of the visit?
A written report listing every tested switch and its logged result, sent to you when the visit is done. File it. That is your record that the testing was done and when the next round is due.
What happens if a safety switch fails the test?
It gets repaired or replaced on the spot by a licensed electrician, and the fix is noted in your report. The only thing you ever book is the test itself.
