3. Pricing and quotes
This website does not contain firm pricing. Any indicative price or scope information is for general guidance only. Pricing is provided in a written quote after site assessment. A quote is valid for 30 days from issue unless stated otherwise on the quote. Work is performed under the terms of the accepted quote.
4. Workmanship warranty
Thorntek warrants its installation workmanship to be free from defect at the time of completion. If a defect in our workmanship arises within a reasonable period after completion, Thorntek will make good the defect at no charge to you. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, alteration by others, fair wear and tear, supply network issues, or events outside our control. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any consumer guarantee, warranty or right that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
